All items are shipped direct from the manufacturer. This provides you with a large product selection that is nearly always in stock. Items may be out of stock periodically at the manufacturer. We will email you promptly if your item is out of stock.


Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via US Postal service within the contiguous United States.

For Orders Totaling Shipping Charges:

Up to $34.99 = $6.95

$35 to $49.99 = $8.95

$50 to $74.99 = $11.95

$75 to $99.99 = $13.95

$100 to $149.99 = $15.95

$150 to $199.99 = $18.95

$200 and Up = Flat Rate of $24.95

Due to the size and weight constraints of specific items, there may be a delivery surcharge in addition to the shipping price outlined above. Delivery surcharge pricing information is provided on the individual product pages.

Many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and ship via UPS or US Postal. Therefore, if you purchased more than one item in the same invoiced order, you may receive your items on different days. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (unless backordered). Custom ordered items will take up to 10 business days to custom make and will be shipped immediately after.

Undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will be apply and store refund will be issued for the balance Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

International Shipping

At this time shipping calculations (during checkout on our website) will only process on orders with addresses in the 48 Contiguous States (U.S.). However, most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other countries outside the U.S., but additional shipping charges may apply. Defective Merchandise

Your Satisfaction is very important to us. You'll receive high quality products, in good condition. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Shaggy Little Pooch is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in any way, we will honor a return and ship you a new item. We only accept retuns for items that are damaged or defective, so please measure your pet correctly. Contact Shaggy Little Pooch via e-mail within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will issue you a return authorization number (RAN). The RAN will be valid for 10 business days, and will cover shipping costs to send the item back. Once we receive your return we will ship out the replacement item the next business day.

All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in original condition (no smoke or other smells). All sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Custom ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange. Permanently personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Damage by Your Pet

We're sorry, but we cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by destructive dog or puppies. Our products are very durable, but are not in destructive. Please choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your dog.
